ASML says AI chip demand will outrun its supply to 2028
ASML, the near-sole supplier of leading-edge chipmaking machines, reported record quarterly sales of €11.7 billion and said its currently planned supply will not fully meet customer demand in 2027 or 2028. Some customers want to place orders for 2029 and even 2030.
